We are warranty authorized service providers for Hewlett Packard, Compaq, and IBM.  Our technicians have undergone the required training to provide these services.

Capabilities

Parts & Labor, parts only, on-site, or depot can handle the warranty issues for you.  The best part is that as long as the manufacturer has the required parts in stock we can have the repair completed within 24 hours!

Desktops
We provide warranty service on Hewlett Packard and Compaq business class desktops including the Evo and the Deskpro series.  We also provide warranty service on all Lenovo desktop models.
Laptops
Any HP/Compaq laptops that do not require mail-in service can be handled in our depot.
Printers
Currently we can provide warranty service on all Hewlett Packard LaserJet products, including the newest color lasers.

We do not offer warranty service on the Pavilion, Presario or Aptiva systems.  Also of note is that most DeskJets and Officejets require that you send the unit into the vendor for repair.  In most cases this is best handled directly through the manufacturer.
