  • Enviromental Gurantee: Entre' represents and warrants that all Customer equipment that is recycled will be handled in accordance with all local, state and federal enviromental regulations and guidelines. Entre' will provide a certificate of of Guarantee of Enviromental Compliance upon request.
  • Confidential Information: Each party agrees that any information deemed confidential and identified in writing as such shall no be disclosed to any outside business or indivdual, or used by the receiving party for its own benefit, except as expressed by the Agreement. Confidential Information may include, but is not limited to, business activities, product information, research, and technical knowledge.
  • Limitation of Liability: Entre's liability (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liabilty, by statute, or otherwise) to Customer or to any third party concerning performance or non-performance or otherwise related to this agreement shall in the aggregate be limited to direct and actual damages not to exceed the fees received by Entre' under this Agreement for the portion of the Services giving raise to such claim.
