Our experience with computer hardware and software consulting has taught us that the weakest part of most businesses is not product knowledge, engineering or marketing. Most business owners bring those skills into their businesses.  What these businesses do lack is a system of financial controls that can tell them with some reliability if they are making money or not and what the value of their business is.  Without this information it is very difficult to make informed business decisions.  What we find is underutilized accounting software, not reconciled to checkbooks, that does not produce reliable financial information.   Owners tend to pay accountants or consultants upwards of $175.00 per hour to come in every month to pull the numbers together so they can get a glimpse of their financial health.  We are prepared to show you how to do all of this.

·       For those of you who are using a computer based system efficiently but have not made the jump to reconciling your accounts receivables, accounts payable, inventory, or your checkbook to a general ledger we can train you on how to reconcile your individual ledgers to your general ledger so you can produce believable Income Statements and Balance Sheets during and at the end of every month depending on the capability of your existing software.

·       We can do payroll including printing checks and processing all the payroll tax payments and reporting, balance your checkbook, prepare budgets, produce job descriptions, or policy handbooks, and produce operating statements for your accountants or banks.

·       We will not replace your accountant who does your year end Federal Income Tax preparation but we can eliminate monthly costs associated with payroll or producing monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements. 

Our qualifications include:

·       Four years experience in Corporate accounting, including cost accounting, with a major local corporation.

·       Eight years experience with shop floor control including shop floor scheduling, job travelers, efficiency monitoring and reporting, time and job cards, bills of material and engineering process sheets, job costing, shift and overtime control, material requisition, and on time shipments.

·       Eighteen years experience with procedures and managing small business General Ledgers, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Inventory Control, and Invoicing.

·       Twenty years experience with installing, training, and supporting accounting and shop floor control software.

·       Thirty years experience in developing operational and financial budgets for large corporate as well as small business clients.
