About Entré Computer Services 

In 1985 ProCom Help Inc. purchased an Entré Computer Center franchise and opened Entré Computer Center in Muskegon Heights, Michigan where we have remained. In 1994 Entré Computer Center changed its name to Entré Computer Services.

Entré provides highly trained sales and technical staff to our clients. Our dedication to excellence has earned us the honor of representing the following vendors at some point in time; IBM, 3Com, Cisco, Compaq, Hewlett Packard, Novell, Microsoft, and Symantec, among others. As technology and the needs of customers changed; as well as the shifting IT landscape, this list has changed over time.

Entré Computer Services employ highly skilled and trained technicians and engineers. All of our technicians are, at the least, A+ Certified by the Computer Technology Industry Association. In addition our technicians hold numerous certifications from major vendors such as Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft as well as other 3rd party vendors.

Our Service Department is headed by a Service Coordinator who is dedicated to providing the appropriate people and material to the right place at the right time. We also maintain a professional service sales staff, dedicated to matching the professional services required, to meet maximum up time and customer satisfaction.
